Once your data is recovered and sent to you it is removed from our servers. If you choose to not have us ship back your failed drive, we will destroy all data on the drive at no cost.

It is the price you will pay upon the successful completion of the recovery. You will pay only the quoted price even if the recovery takes more work than we originally expected.
